What is a Somatic ritual and why does it work?

A Ritual is an **architected human experience that carries meaning and value.** A ritual uses symbols dense with meaning that are bigger on the inside than on the outside.
Sometimes things happen too quickly or are too overwhelming to process. **Ritual helps align the inner experience with the outer experience.**
A ritual is designed to change an energetic pattern and make something new true.
**How to make a Ritual effective?**
A ritual should be performed with deep intention and emotion, by using kinesthetic embodied actions and symbolic gesture, **the mind registers the intentions as true events which shift your neural pathways and create new ones.**

3 step Ritual design

1. **Therapeutic Design meeting.** This session will include an **akashic record reading**, if needed, to dive to the source of the energetic dynamic that is happening and what needs to be shifted. **We will clarify your intentions and desires for the outcome of the ritual.**
We will adapt the ritual formula with consideration for best location, time, relative materials and/or people that may participate and the theme you want to heal, release or manifest.
**2. Customized somatic action ritual.** I will do a channeled meditation to design the correct ritual that will be the most powerful and beneficial for you. This may include:
·      Visualizations
·      Drawing and expressive arts therapy
·      Somatic Ritual design
·      Writing prompts and journaling

After ritual care

**3. Feedback and integration call**
We will discuss the process and the results of your Somatic Ritual, how it worked for you and next steps for integration.
